Do you have a minimum order?
We're happy to serve customers with orders as small as $500.
What testing do you do on your products?
We conduct all QC verification tests and certify all lots of material based on:
- Critical current
- Cu:Superconductor ratio
- RRR
- Dimension
- Twist pitch for multifilament wires
What kind of wire insulation do you offer?
We offer FORMVAR as an optional insulation, the "standard" for NbTi superconducting wires, and we can supply other insulations upon request. See our Insulations section of the website for more information or contact us directly to discuss your insulation needs.
What is the guaranteed minimum current?
The minimum current outlined in our data tables is guaranteed, but actual critical currents are typically 10% higher than the guaranteed level.
What are your delivery terms?
With standard, in-stock products, you'll receive your order in less than a week. For custom orders, we work with you to develop a delivery schedule that meets your needs.
